Week 1 - Intro and Optimistic Careers

 Hello! My name is Alex Schram and I am senior majoring in Business Management/Organization Behavior. I am a student-athlete here at Benedictine University looking for the first step in starting my professional career. Some of my interests are in Logistics, Project Management, Supply Chain Management and Marketing Management. 

I recently interned with Superior Trucking doing some field work while learning the project manager role first hand. It is interesting to see that there is a common theme in most of the jobs that made the "rising careers" list. This is analytics and obviously the extreme demand in the healthcare industry. While the pandemic added extra stress to many of our lives, it also allowed us to explore new areas. For example, I read up on the real-estate industry and found it very intriguing. As a matter of fact, I think that it is something I would like to try at some point. 

Throughout the blog I will be discussing the relevance and importance of infographics in the business world. There are numerous factors that go into strategizing the final product, so taking the proper time to research behavior is a huge advantage.
